It is important that you feel comfortable asking questions if you do not understand something about your care. If you have any concerns or questions you should speak to your nurse, therapist, or doctor. You can also ask to speak to the unit manager or contact them directly. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us make improvements to our program.

You can also give compliments or file complaints through the client relations office of Eastern Health.
