Outpatient rehabilitation

Our outpatient rehabilitation offers services to individuals who are able to live in the community, and who require therapeutic interventions to support the skills they need to achieve or maintain independence.

Therapeutic interventions may be part of an intensive interdisciplinary rehabilitation program as in our rehabilitation day hospital, or may involve one or two single discipline rehabilitative services.
