Single discipline outpatient rehabilitation

The single discipline outpatient rehabilitation services are for individuals who only need one or two services, or who do not require the intensity and frequency of the rehabilitation day hospital.

You may access certain outpatient rehabilitation services through our internal programs.

  • Nursing assists with nursing care such as bowel or bladder issues, wound care and medications.
  • Therapeutic recreation helps you to resume previous recreation or leisure activities and/or discover new ones.

Most of our single discipline outpatient rehabilitation services are ones to which you can be referred from an outside health provider.
